What the Intel Platform collects, what it does with it, and how long it keeps it.
What we collect
- Account details: your name, organization, sign-in email, and portal preferences.
- Portal activity: the monitoring topics you request and the prompt text you submit for them.
- Delivery records: which reports were sent to which addresses, when, and whether they succeeded.
- Security audit records: every client-submitted text is scanned before storage, and the scan result (risk level, finding categories, a short excerpt) is logged.
What we do with it
- Generate your briefings: submitted topics and prompts are processed to target the analysis at what you asked to watch.
- Deliver your reports by email, to the addresses you configure.
- Keep the service secure: passwords are stored only as bcrypt hashes, mail and two-factor credentials are encrypted at rest, and access logs exist to investigate incidents.
We do not sell client data, and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.
Subprocessors
Analysis runs on a hosted language model, and mail is delivered through an SMTP provider. Both process only the content needed to produce and deliver your briefing. Monitored public sources are fetched directly.
Retention
- Report archives stay in your portal while your subscription is active.
- Audit and delivery logs are retained to operate and secure the service, and are deleted when they are no longer needed for those purposes.
- When a subscription ends, account data is removed within a reasonable period except where retention is required by law.
Your choices
- Every report email carries an unsubscribe line pointing at your portal settings, where delivery can be adjusted or switched off.
- You can update your sign-in password and two-factor settings in the portal at any time.
Contact
Privacy questions or data requests: reply to any briefing email or use the contact point in your subscription agreement.
