Terms of Service
The rules for using the Intel Platform client portal and briefing service.
What this service is
Intel Platform prepares regulatory intelligence briefings for subscribed clients. The service watches public sources, detects changes, and delivers analysis by email and through a private client portal.
Briefings are informational. They are not legal advice, and they do not create a lawyer-client relationship. Verify anything that matters with qualified counsel before acting.
Your account
- Portal credentials are personal to your organization. Keep them private.
- Tell us promptly about any suspected unauthorized access to your portal.
- You are responsible for the delivery addresses configured in your portal settings.
Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to access another client's portal, reports, or data.
- Do not probe, scan, or overload the service or its infrastructure.
- Do not submit content designed to manipulate the analysis pipeline.
- Client-submitted text is scanned for security purposes before it is processed or stored.
Service levels
We aim for dependable daily delivery, but the service depends on upstream sources and mail systems outside our control. Briefings may be delayed or run in a reduced mode; each edition states plainly when that happened.
Intellectual property
Report content is licensed to the subscribing organization for internal use. Quoted source material belongs to its original publishers and is cited as such.
Termination
Either side may end the service arrangement described in your subscription agreement. When access ends, portal credentials stop working and delivery stops.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change materially, clients on affected subscriptions are notified by email before the change takes effect.
